The shape
The opposite of a corporate webinar.
This programme runs as a sprint: twelve weeks, a clear goal, a small cohort of professionals who all want to sound calmer and clearer at work. You join with your own goal — pitching to a client, leading standups in English, writing an executive summary — and the mentor team builds the syllabus around the seven or eight people in your cohort.
It blends two formats. Once a week you have a 50-minute one-to-one session with a senior business mentor. On Tuesday and Thursday evenings the whole cohort meets for a 45-minute live practice circle around a current business case — recent earnings, a Malaysian merger, a tricky team-dynamics moment.
The trial mentor will tell you honestly whether the sprint is a fit for you, or whether Prime One-to-One would serve you better.

We don't bring fictional Acme Corp case studies. You bring the deck you're preparing, the e-mail you've been avoiding, the role you applied for — and we use those as the teaching material.
Written communication
Subject lines, executive summaries, structured paragraphs and the difference between a polite email and a forgettable one.
Presentations
Story shape, signpost language, pacing, and the small phrases that buy you thinking time on stage.
Negotiation
Soft pushback, conditional language, summarising the other side, and pausing without losing authority.
