Prime is built around one obsession: that you should sound like yourself in English, not like a textbook. Your mentor listens to how you already speak (Manglish, Malay-flavoured English, a UK accent picked up in school) and builds a plan that respects that.
Each week, you arrive to a written agenda, a 90-second audio warm-up, and a clear goal for what we'll work on. Lessons are recorded; you can rewatch your own speaking, which turns out to be the fastest way most adults improve.
Prime is suitable from CEFR A1 (you can read but freeze when speaking) up to C2 (you want to polish for an interview at a London-based firm).
Two days before the lesson, a 90-second voice note from your mentor with a real-life prompt — a meeting clip, a podcast snippet, a question.
You record a 60-second reply in your learning space. It goes to your mentor for noticing — not for grading.
Fifty minutes, structured in five movements, ending with a written recap and a tiny homework piece.
Rewatch the lesson, highlight three sentences you'd like to say better, and post them to the mentor. Done.
